If you are experiencing frequent CloudConnector wireless disconnections, you should set up your CloudConnector on an Ethernet conection directly to your internet router.

To change your CloudConnector over to an Ethernet connection, follow these steps;

  1. Unplug the power to the CloudConnector.
  2. Plug an Ethernet cable into your router and into the CloudConnector.
  3. Power up the CloudConnector.

The CloudConnector will now reboot and conect via Ethernet to your router, then connect to the sensor shortly after.

If the sensor does not reconnect to the CloudConnector, try moving the CloudConnector to a diferent position.

You can also try re-syncing the meter sensor to the CloudConnector if it doesn't auto connect after changing to an Ethernet connection.

To Re-sync the CloudConnector and meter sensor, follow these steps;

  1. With the CloudConnector powered on, press-and-hold the button on the side of the CloudConnector until the status light comes on.
  2. Go to your meter sensor and momentarily break the battery connection to allow it to reboot.

If the sync was successful, the status light on the CloudConnector will go off and only flash briefly when sensor data is received.
